Hello! We have been so pleased with our experience with Island Breeze! I spent a few months researching and getting references and chose to purchase our new Trane from this company. From the get go customer service is 💯 % above and beyond. Julee, Ali, Brandon and Fabian all came together to answer every question and make me feel great about choosing this company. Island breeze has done it again! This is our second time using Island Breeze AC for our new air conditioner install. We had our AC replaced at a house we previously had and had excellent service then. It has been a few years so we reached out again and of course got a few other quotes. Honestly, I don’t even know why we bothered. Island Breeze has literally the best customer service and the best pricing, hands-down. From excellent communication from the very first phone call, the quote, the follow up, constant communication about the entire process, and a super professional crew. I should also probably mention that we got a bigger air conditioner for less money, and it’s a Trane! We could not be happier and highly recommend Island Breeze!! Read Less

I contacted Island Breeze to have a pre-summer inspection done on my air conditioning system. II was greeted by a sweet and friendly voice (I apologize for not remembering the girls name) but she was able to get me in their system and scheduled very promptly. Today was the day of service and I was messaged with the technicians arrival time and that he was on his way. The message even provided the technicians name and picture. Brandon and Ty did an amazing job. They were professional, polite, friendly, and very informative with all their findings.
