Lead quality heating and cooling installations for customers across the Phoenix area. Island Breeze Air Conditioning & Heating is a local, firefighter-owned company focused on honest service and quality work.
The work
- Lead HVAC equipment replacements and installations with attention to workmanship and safety.
- Coordinate installation tasks and communicate with the team and customer.
- Complete system startup, checks and job documentation.
What we are looking for
- At least two years of hands-on HVAC field experience.
- EPA Section 608 certification appropriate for the work performed.
- A valid driver’s license and ability to meet work-driving insurance requirements.
- Safe work habits, clear communication and respect for customers and their homes.
